The one rod question?

I get asked this a lot in seminars....If I can only afford one rod, what should I get?

VSA 66M is a good compromise. It is a good overall rod and performs well for most tasks. The great thing about Shimano rods; you get a lot of bang for the buck.

Personal preferences may dictate a move up or down in length from the above recommended rods.
